"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen. My order came up with GF toast and no knife to spread butter or jelly on it and no napkin. so whereas the room was great, the rest was not as I...

"The property was very clean. The staff was helpful. It was such a quiet place. Everything worked inside the room. I just couldn't get the tv to work. I had been coming there for a few years when I lived in Philly. I went back this time, and I see they are still keeping their same excellent status. I would go back."

And there no front desk working at night. The phone number they gave us to call in case of emergency no one pick up. The worst place to stay."
