"We stayed in the family cabin and it was fantastic. It was very clean and quiet. Appreciated the delivery of kcups and snacks for breakfast. And also glad they have wonderful laundry facilities. Location is great with town a close drive for restaurants and groceries. The cabin is very removed which was wonderful. Highly recommend."

"The bed was comfortable and clean. The furniture needed to be replaced as it was worn out. The bathroom needed a good, deep cleaning. The location is nice as it’s right by a grocery store and within walking distance to a few restaurants. They offer a pool and hot tub, which would be a great amenity, but was not in working order when we arrived. Breakfast offered multiple options. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The room was comfortable, the location was odd, I didn't feel comfortable leaving anything in the car, but that could just be me not having any local knowledge. Road construction limited local movement. Breakfast selection was very limited. But the main issue was wifi and because the tv ran on hulu, all streaming, we couldn't watch anything. I did call the front desk and staff offered to come up but after I asked if they were working alone, I said we could live without it"

"You get what you pay for. None of the outlets worked in our room, also the walls are thin - you can hear everything. Then breakfast was basic so do not expect a big American breakfast. However, staff was so helpful!"

"I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially with my bags to the 2nd Floor. The room was clean and modern, though the carpets weren't so nice. Shower and bathroom was very good. And the room had a refrigerator which I needed."

"Recommend replacement of coffee machine. It is slow and delivers weak coffee. Pre-brewed coffee dispensed hot from insulated containers results in faster service and better coffee."

"Parking lot gate keeps vehicles safe but makes you think you're not safe being there."

"The area around the hotel has deteriorated a lot since I was last in Arcata, and if full of homeless people. The hotel has no parking, though on-street parking is fairly easy, but limited to 2 hours. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite, however it had no refrigerator and no microwave. Oddly, it had 2 TVs. The included breakfast was very, very basic."
