"Clean room. Nice staff. Free parking. Close to Santa Barbara. Just bring your own soap for bath."

"The service is lacking. We stayed there 7 nights, and the maid service only came one time to clean our room. I called the front desk two times to ask for a cleaning and they said they will clean the room but they never came to clean the room, until I went into the lobby to speak to someone at the front desk to let them know that nobody has come to clean the room. So the lady at the front desk scheduled for our room to be cleaned and the maid service finally cleaned our room on the 6th day of our stay. The customer service is very much lacking here at this Staybridge. I don't think I will stay there again. I also called the front desk on my last night there to request for a wake up call at 4:30am and the wake up call never came. Good thing I set my alarm on my phone."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the noon checkout time which allowed us to ride our bikes and eat breakfast without feeling rushed. They also allowed us to store our bicycles inside a small conference room. The hotel is also walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely return."

"The property sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean and the freeway. It can get noisy especially during the day. It is an old inn, established in 1910. Don't expect a super modern hotel. There is no lobby, just a small registration office.The office and room smells like a combination of old, floral and musty. Found a spider and fly in the room. They have a coffee maker but no free water bottle. They charge $3.00 per 16 Oz. water bottle. Parking is not free. $10 per day fee..Breakfast is mediocre. I'd rather stay at 4 Points Sheraton for similar rates next time.."
