"I liked everything about the property..location, staff, cleanliness, room. The only criticism I have is that you need privacy curtains, for privacy and of course darkness. When you face another condo building it’s imperative to have privacy."

"Quick overnighter for a conference - staff were so helpful with a later check in and I got a great corner room with good light. Clean, contemporary design ( lots of plugs and hooks in the room) and j love that. Useful non-gouge prices on the food and snacks in the lobby. Ultra downtown steps from all Ottawa business and tourism things."

"The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious and had a nice layout. That said, the check-in was an awful experience. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for two hours, which was fine, and that we could valet our car (with no self-parking option). But there were only 4 parking spots outside the hotel to valet and one valet working, so he wasn't able to keep up with moving cars out of those spots.
