"The people at the reception desk were very organized to check us in and take our credit card but were clearly negligent to advise us that the air conditioning was not functional in our room. "This was a beautiful stay Hotel 705 in Porto! The hotel entrance/lobby was small but chic. My suite was immaculate, clean and I appreciate the personalized welcome and bottled water on arrival. A disappointment was the closure of the bar/lounge as was advertised during booking; there was no lounge/bar and only the small bar at the front was open with tasty but limited snacks. Altogether a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again whenever I’m back in Porto."
