"Superb for ALL facilities and service Except : Room is too dark, not enough lighting"

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is laundry room. Hotel is close to Olympian 1,2,3 malls which is very convenient. Hotel is one MTR station to the Kowloon west and can walk to high speed train station. Location is excellent. There is luggage storage."

"Location is great connected to Moko Mall with lots of food option. No breakfast at hotel and after mall hour you will need 10-15 mins walk to the convenience store. The gym is great with steam and sauna "

"Good location if you want to, walk to the Night Market and Jade markets. The rooms are small but clean and beds comfortable."

"Never being able to get in as the instructions did not work! Host was not cooperative. Tired and exhausted, I end up crashing at a friend's place. Very disappointed."

"Big Mistake by me and Big mistake by Expedia to have this horrible property on their website. I trusted Expedia and now I feel so betrayed by Expedia. This place is so difficult to find. No staff onsite to help. No one answer the phone. It's very loud in the room even with ear plugs and I think the noise is from the AC?? The pictures and the description about this property were good when I booked it. I know this is a budget place and I just need to crash for a few hours before boarding...
