"The resort staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing they have made a tropical oasis in the midst of a heavy thoroughfare and business area. We enjoyed being a bit away from the busy Duvall and seaport area. Our room (King Suite) had water and garden views. L’Occitane bathroom amenities. Attentive house and grounds keepers. "The place was very nice, clean, and the was staff friendly. My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely stay again the next time in Key West. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the marina, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was a relaxing way to start the day. The food was delicious as well. We definitely recommend this hotel. If you are lucky you may get to see Ellie the Golden Retriever with her owner at the concierge desk. "

"The property was wonderful. Great pool, restaurant, and the room was clean and well kept. Staff was all wonderful, from the welcome cocktail, help with a relentless alarm clock, daily free smoothies at poolside, great pool towels and lots of chaise lounges under umbrellas. Also enjoyed the 'air show' with the naval jets flying over a couple times a day. Great location for the beach too!"

"Room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfy and had zero issues. Also loved that our room walked right out onto the pool and hot tub area! Location was amazing for being able to walk to nearby places. Would stay here again! "
