"From top to bottom this place was great! The location was nice, very chill vibe in the area, sort of away from the craziness of staying further down Duval St. The staff was great, super nice and accommodating, helpful, and went out of their way you were having a great time and that you felt the accommodations were great. Our room was beautiful. Thankfully we were on the upper level, somewhat in the courtyard surrounding the Pineapple pool because the roaming roosters are not tame and they have no shame in starting to rouse the guests unreasonably early in the AM. The fowl are quite native to the area and are protected. We didn’t hear anything from our room but friends of ours were quite annoyed by these guys every morning! The landscaping here was really pretty, too. Also out of the control of the resort itself was the influx of seaweed/sea grass that migrates its way onto the shoreline, especially on the Atlantic side of the island. This truly made the odor intolerable for me personally as I was not able to enjoy any of the amenities on that side of the resort during this visit. We found out that this happens every year desiring the summer months so it was not isolated to our visit. I would definitely visit again, requesting a room near the location we were in this time! Also, guests should know that they resort holds a $1000 amount for incidentals at the time of check-in. We were not advised of this prior to arrival and would have planned a bit differently if we had."

"I picked this resort because the rates are reasonable, no parking fee, resort fee was reasonable , a great pool, and free shuttle. It far exceeded my expectations. Accommodation were simple but clean and relaxing . The pool was fabulous. The rain fall shower was great also! The staff was amazing , including our shuttle driver . The Concierge was helpful with tips , coupons and in info for daily outings. I traveled with my 8 yr old granddaughter and we walk to dinner several blocks late evening /night and I felt safe. The only thing I’d like to see change is more food selection (like pizza and kids menu). We only had nachos and a quesadilla and they were good! I will stay here again on any future visit. Keep up the great work."

"WONDERFUL! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable! We used the pool several days and found parking easily every day. This place is just outside the touristy areas, so it was quiet when we needed to rest for the next day of activities. We will absolutely stay again!!"

"We made a last-minute booking at the Hampton Inn Key West after our flight was canceled, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the shuttle service to Duval Street, which made getting around easy. We stayed for two nights, and our only disappointment was the housekeeping service. We did not receive housekeeping during our stay, so there were no fresh towels or replenished coffee supplies. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told that housekeeping does not come every day and that we needed to request replacement towels. This was surprising, as it never happened during our previous stay at this hotel. On a positive note, the Tiki Bar was excellent. The atmosphere was great, and the wings were some of the best we had during our trip. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good amenities and a convenient location. We would stay again, but clearer communication regarding housekeeping services would have made the experience better."
