"Our host Vicki and her team were delightful and very helpful. After checking in, Vicki grabbed an umbrella as it was raining and walked with me back to the car to help us get our luggage. It's the first accommodation ever that the host told us not to do the dishes.. "you're on holiday, you shouldn't have to do dishes, we'll give you clean crockery & cutlery each morning." Exceptional. "Close to downtown Queenstown (short drive, public transport immediately outside hotel) rooms are good size and good facilities provided for coffee/ tea making. Private balconies with great views. Didn’t make use of breakfast restaurant as most recent experience (lukewarm food, poor/limited choices an overpriced) last week meant we didn’t bother going there again. "
