"The staff were professional, friendly and helpful which was a great representation of Joseph the GM. I would not hesitate to recommend Embassy Suites to my family, or friends. I arrived and was greeted with a smile in a genuine welcoming manner by Needi who took time to accommodate our needs. I also had a wonderful interaction with Vicky who was kind enough to answer my questions. The property was clean, and well maintained. The accommodations were great! We really enjoyed the room, and the love and care that housekeeping that took care of the room did to get us in quickly. One thing that I noticed was that each of the staff members who I came in contact with were friendly, and greeted us with a smile while making eye contact. The staff was enthusiastic, and I had the pleasure of the 3 ladies that made breakfast a success! It was not your average breakfast that you get from other facilities. The omelettes were PERFECT! The associate was engaging, and quickly and efficiently managed her busy line making sure to accommodate all guests, and to ensure everyone enjoyed their omelette. There was another staff member who managed the hot foods. She was eloquent, and very attentive. If she thought you needed something it was addressed in a personalized manner. Another staff member named Arnetta was phenomenal! She made sure everyone had a memorable experience. This is a great place for business travel, or wedding parties."

"I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were not maintained to an acceptable standard. During my stay, I noticed small bugs/insects in the bathroom, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the room and surrounding premises. The overall condition of the property did not match the expectations set by the listing. Cleanliness and maintenance appear to need significant improvement. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can have a better experience."

"I just stayed there for a bed to use for the night. Staff were friendly but I received the wrong information from one staff who assured me that there were USB-c outlets in the room, there were not. When I showered at night, the drainage system was so bad that I was ankle deep in drain water and the next morning…all the drain water was still there. It’s probably not maintenance’s fault because piping can be backed up for various reasons over time, but I opted against using the shower in the morning. Bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant."

"Staff were very helpful and professional! Breakfast was good each day. The location of the property is convenient. The room is spacious. There was no pool. The drier in the laundry room was broken. Our room had a smell that refused the dominance of Fabuloso… Overall score 4 out of 5."
