"great stay, amazing value :)"

"Family friendly!"

"Great location! Nice cozy room- a great shower"

"Excellent value for the price. My room was more of an apartment unit than a typical hotel room, with a full kitchen, stand-up, fridge, sofa and large tv. Cau Giay is not the most central neighborhood, but it was nice to get out of the touristy zone. Staff was polite."

"Hitel and staffs are excellent "

"best hotel in hanoi they were so so helpful and sweet i wish i stayed longer, the breakfast is so good too, i even forgot my apple pencil and they reminded me to get it. you guys should stay here!"

"Clean room and great staff!"

"不満点はありません。露天風呂からロッテビルが見えて気分良くなります。ダオタン通りは騒がしいですが、ホテルは静かで別世界です。普段日本食から離れている日本駐在員こそ、たまには利用するべきだと思う。"
