"Stayed here for one night and the room was nice and clean. Gym was a bit outdated but the rooftop pool was very nice and relaxing. Staff weren’t really the nicest, had a poor attitude when we were checking in, maybe they were having a bad day but definitely didn’t feel welcomed. Walking distance to find food which was nice. Overall I’d say 6.5/10 stay😀"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Figueroa in downtown Los Angeles. The hotel has such a unique atmosphere, and we loved that they preserved the beautiful decor and vibe reminiscent of the 1920s. The lobby and dining area were gorgeous, and the pool area looked absolutely beautiful as well. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the pool during our stay because of time constraints. There were a few things that could have been better. We booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds felt more like double/full-size beds rather than queens. The mattresses were also very soft, so they may not be ideal for guests who prefer a firmer mattress. Another issue was the bathroom door. It was a frosted glass door located between the two beds, so if someone used the bathroom during the night and turned on the light, the light illuminated almost the entire room. Despite those issues, we really appreciated the character, history, and overall ambiance of the hotel. Hotel Figueroa is a beautiful property with a distinctive old-Los Angeles charm, and we enjoyed our stay overall"

"The location is beautiful; however, the escalator in the parking area was out of service, making it challenging to transport our belongings to and from the hotel during check-in and check-out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful hotel, rooms are really small but overall design and view still well worth the price! Will definitely be back. Having access to Level 8 was also a huge perk! Party all night long!! Great place to visit, but if you’re looking for quiet this is not the place. The music is going until 2am, so if you’re trying to have quiet sleep, not going to happen. I loved it because I was there to party!! Great drinks, great staff, and delicious food!"

"Have stayed a bunch of times at IHG DTLA, the security, friendliness and cleanliness are some of the reasons of returning. The guests I found at IHG DTLA can sometimes be the problem, they seem to be in a hurry and yet they are in a Hotel, so its a distraction but it doesn't take away from the Hotels experience 5 stars, I personally looked for a longer stay but at this time the prices were a tad high.....shout out to Angel and all the front desk squad, very professional"
