"Very unhelpful staff and reception. Paid for full breakfast but due to fasting only got RATIONED breakfast in room service due to the restaurant being closed for suhoor. Bad service, no follow up from manager. Our flights are cancelled and we are stuck in DXB. According to DXB government who are providing assistance to travelllers with cancelled flights, the stay is meant to be extended if flights are cancelled. There is no help withis from reception. We've stayed in all the Jumeriah Group hotels in DXB over a period of 20+ years, which is the best group in DXB, due to cancelled flights we were recommended here biut are so disappointed.. Comparatively this TAJ brand has subpar service for a 5 star hotel. "
