Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request a full refund for my booking at Benta Star Hotel LLC.
On January 23 at approximately 12:10 PM, I arrived at Benta Star Hotel LLC and presented my booking confirmation and receipt. However, the hotel staff informed me that they had already notified Expedia that they did not have availability for a family stay at their property. This was despite my confirmed reservation clearly stating the following:
Base rate is for 5 guests
Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 5
Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 5
Due to this issue and the hotel’s refusal to accommodate us despite a valid confirmation, I was forced to leave the property and book another hotel at my own expense.
As the accommodation was not provided as confirmed, I kindly request a full refund of the total amount paid, returned to the original payment method.
Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
