"Fantastic stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel! The hotel was immaculate every corner spotless and clearly well maintained, which made such a difference to how comfortable we felt throughout our stay.
The staff were brilliant. Friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed anything nothing was too much trouble. That kind of service really elevates a stay.
Our room had a lovely balcony, a nice touch that added extra space to relax and take in the Palm Jumeirah views.
