"Nice rooms and great staff. Pool area not maintained & in need of refurbishment. Drinks very poor at pool. Breakfast very poor. Allow guests to have iPads & phones on speaker at breakfast very annoying."

"Penthouse suite wonderful, huge, very clean, would definitely visit again. Restaurant, clean, bright but had the feel of a canteen, not quite right for evening meal. The food was tasty but they tend to stick to the same cakes for dessert, not much other choice. Would come again but only have self catering or B & B."

"We have just returned from another lovely stay at Sheraton The Walk — our third visit, and once again we had a wonderful holiday. We did have a small issue with our room on arrival, as the room initially allocated was not the room type we had booked. However, after speaking with the team this was resolved, and once settled in we had a fantastic stay. What really makes this hotel special for us is the staff. It was so lovely to see familiar faces again, and to be remembered from our previous visits. A special thank you to Zakir at Speakeasy, who was always so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, Shaaban at breakfast for the lovely birthday cake and kindness shown to us, and Happy from security who was consistently helpful and greeted us with a smile every day. The marina views from our balcony were beautiful, the location is perfect for both JBR and the Marina, and despite the Dubai heat feeling like we were holidaying on the actual sun at times 🔥😅 we still had an amazing trip. Thank you again to all the team for another memorable stay — we look forward to returning again in the future."

"Almost absolutely everything about the hotel was perfect Staff were polite Room was clean & regularly maintained The valet team were impeccable The only downside we had is the food. We paid an extra £300 for the breakfast When we arrived the breakfast buffet was closed for renovation They alternatively had a cafe or room service for breakfast Each morning whether we had the room service or cafe The food was hard, tasteless and not very nice. Almost didn’t finish it every time. It was so upsetting because we saw on social media the breakfast here was to die for and feel like we wasted those extra few hundreds when it could’ve been spent eating out for breakfast "

"Had a pleasant stay, the place is great in terms of location and facilities. Some staff especially in the spa area needs some training on how to deal with visitors plus restaurants needs to offer better options for breakfast and dinner. However overall it was good stay "

"Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."
