"Very small space but neat concept. At the lower price point, this is perfectly acceptable. Nice neighbourhood with nearby amenities / coffee shops within 6min walk which was great. Not a place to book if you want to spend a great amount of time in your room but perfect to crash for the night and head out again in the morning."

The details listed on Expedia regarding there being an “in-room full-sized refrigerator/freezer” and “in-room microwave” is completely untrue. This is not a hotel quality establishment – it is a student hostel at best. Expedia notes that: “This property received multiple high ratings from couples”. I don’t see how this can be the case. "In a bit of a seedy area, but still close to city centre. Room was clean but not very welcoming. Good place to stay if you’re planning on being out all day (which we were!)."

"We had a good stay 2 rooms. Facilities and staff good. Car park was helpful but limited spaces. One Room had been refurbished and the other had an older bathroom ... a little dated but functional. I would return to this hotel without reservation."

"We spent most of our days out and about but the room was clean and location was great. Right around the corner from Dublin Express stop to and from airport. 15 minute walk to Trinity College/Tenple Bar. A little noisy at night from the night clubs on the block but nowhere near as bad as Temple Bar. My only caution is during the warmer months, there is no in room air conditioner that I see. Only a ceiling fan and a secondary fan available in the closet."
