"We absolutely loved this property! The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible - I’ve never eaten so many scones before! The hotel is charming and very clean. We loved its proximity to DART and quaint neighborhood. We returned very late at night on the light rail and felt totally safe walking in the neighborhood. We would stay here again."

"The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I and another guest were left waiting outside because neither of us had been provided with an entry code. I had to walk to a neighboring property just to find someone who could contact the host for us.
When the host was finally reached, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform.
To make matters worse, the room itself...
