"We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue."

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

Leeson Street location is ideal for the 700 bus from the airport, the bus stop is right outside the front door. It’s also a busy road so a room away from the road might have been quieter. There building work on the 1st floor. You’re told it won’t start before 9am but it starts at 8am every day which isn’t good for a holiday. The reception isn’t 24hr so you get a code for the front...
