"Overall a great place. I only had one incident with the cleaning. I missed a cleaning because I left the room late. However, when I asked the concierge downstairs to have it cleaned, they said it would get done, but I guess it wasn't communicated. It happened only once."

"I needed a larger room with space on either side of the bed. Most suites are the same with two larger suites per floor. I wouldn’t recommend the regular suites if you have mobility issues. They’re too small and you have to climb on the bed to get in and out."
