The room was very clean, the location is amazing, right at the spot! You don’t have to go up and down the stairs of the city! Right across from the building entrance there’s the owner’s restaurant. The food is very good, the atmosphere as well, service is ok, not bad! We had dinner there twice! The negative thing about the room was, small room, the bad smell coming from the bathroom, that was a huge turn off, we had the first floor so we could not open the windows because it is the street, people passing by and the smell of food being cooked from the restaurants nearby did not allow us to. Overall, because of the convenience of the location I’d stay there again but, never on the first floor.

The area was too loud to be able to sleep in. I had no running hot water on two different occasions (and no, I didn't turn off the boiler switch). Finally, I felt rushed and a lack of attention during my check-in, a transaction vs. a welcoming stay.

This is an excellent location just inside the old city, the room was large and the beds are comfortable. Tezero also has a restaurant and when you stay with them they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant and it's a good restaurant. We highly recommend Tezero room.

Highly recommend this centrally inclined accommoda

The accommodation is really located in the middle of the old town. Very good with a fridge but no stove plates, Clean and fresh and surprisingly quiet. Nice and helpful staff. 20% discount on the restaurant bill. Across the alley. If you drive a car you MUST park OUTSIDE some zone. Hefty fines if you drive in. There is a garage, google and check costs about 20 euros/day.

Really nice place to stay right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town. So convenient to walk the town. They don’t tell you, we found out by chance, that you get a 20% discount at their restaurant. The only negative, although I didn’t let it affect my 5* review is that although they supply a kettle in the room they don’t supply tea or coffee. I have hot comment on this only because I found it funny.. when I queried why there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, the manager said “This isn’t the Hilton”. But don’t let that bother you, it’s a minor point.

The hairdryer that was supposed to be in the room was missing, the batteries in the TV remote were dead, the light bulb was out, the towels weren't changed every three days as they were supposed to, and my bottle of makeup remover was missing. When I told the owner about this, he became furious and said, "This is not a hotel." I understand that some trouble is unavoidable, but the owner's arrogant attitude was the worst.

Rooms Tezoro is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik! It’s not technically a hotel, so don’t expect full-service amenities—but that’s not a dealbreaker. The location is excellent, and the guys at the restaurant across the street handle the front desk and guest needs—they’re super friendly and helpful, though sometimes busy with restaurant duties. Our room was clean and comfortable; one small suggestion would be to add a shelf in the shower. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a Dubrovnik visit!
