The location in the Old Town is excellent, accessible to shops and restaurant. The only downside is they do not have elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcase up to your room.

Stayed here one night while in Dubrovnik. Very easy to get to, and in the center of all the action of the city. The restaurant Tezoro also had great food, really enjoyed the "Dirty Macaroni". The staff were kind and helpful to keep our luggage after check-out while we went to explore the city

I can’t give it 5 stars only because of the noise. The location is perfect and at street level so you do t have to climb hundreds of steps like w other places. It’s right in the heart of old town with an associated restaurant that’s excellent. Because of its location you do get noise from the street and restaurants. I would definitely return here. I’m a solo traveler.

Our room at Rooms Tezoro was spotlessly clean. The beds were super soft and comfy, just the way we like them! The AC and having a room in central Old Town was so welcome in the brutal heat. We were able to enjoy Old Town and come back to our room to cool down. There was some street noise but nothing that disrupted our enjoyment. We ate at the restaurant twice and were very happy with our food and appreciated the discount. The burger place nearby was excellent as well. Minor maintenance issues..curtain rod coming down on one side and toilet leaking slightly, but nothing major enough to upset a perfect 2 day stay in Old Town! Thank you!
