"The property is good but the rooms need to be upkept better. We rented three rooms and one of them smelled pretty bad like a wet smell the other room drain was not working too good. We found the breakfast extremely bad, expensive and with little offerings. The pool area bar and lobby were nice and the staff was very nice. great view and I think they are under using this property. This property has a lot of potential but unless they really focus on moving the restaurant to the back area where you...

"This place was extra ! The houskeeper left beautiful creations with the towels , everywhere . It made us all smile . Attention to detail was everywhere. They left the best goody bag in all the air bb s we rented . Great location . I’m definitely coming back !"

"The villas were not as described in Expedia. No blackout shades. Don’t plan on sleeping late. Window treatments broken and a lot of light comes through. The golf cart pickup is spotty at best and the villas are a long hot walk from main resort attractions. There was a family of 40 having a photo shoot behind my villa and set up camp there for 4 hours. Sitting on our porch steps as well. Called to complain and security never came. There was poop in the lagoon….i think it came out of babies...

"This is a good hotel. The room was clean, shower was nice. Having a refrigerator in room was helpful, especially in the summer when it's nice to have cold drinks handy."

"This is an old, small motel which about 7 studio rooms that are clean but basic, a refrigerator & microwave, no coffee pot, and air conditioning. Parking is right at your door so that's convenient. There's wifi and a TV. Dunkin Donuts is next door and a little cafe beyond that. This is basic, inexpensive if that's what you're looking for."

"Our room was not ready at check in time. Explanation was we are very busy. As a guest, that’s not an explanation you want to hear. Room was ready 1/2 hour later and we were given a voucher for our inconvenience. The breakfast was very subpar."

"The property was very clean very well located, and the staff was wonderful. My problem is with their description of some of the amenities. In the ad, they mention self parking it doesn’t mention that it’s $20 a day unless you tap on where it says parking also nowhere on the ad does it say that there is a $35 resort fee daily? Another thing it says there is beach access. There is no beach at this resort."

"Loved it. We stayed in Room 7, the King studio and it was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The boat ramp and dock were so convenient and everything was great."

Unfortunately a 20 to 30 people showed up at the pool with a boom box and coolers and were celebrating Fathers Day by eating cake and food in the pool along with the 5 or 6 unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. I know never to stay at this resort on a Sunday as the rest of the time we stayed was very good."
