"The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."

"On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. The code I was supplied for the property did not work so I was unable to gain access. Contacted the owner, not sure what I was meant to do as it was not clear. Waited another 20 mins, nothing. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware"

"V clean and central. Good communication with the owner"

"i got fully scammed and won’t get a refund back"

Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites ."

"We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...
