This made me hesitant to use the facilities, particularly the toilet. Additionally, the towels looked as if they had already been used, simply folded, and placed back on the bed for reuse. Overall, I was left very dissatisfied with the room's cleanliness. I Left as soon as I arrived in the hotel not recommended to others!!!!!!! In addition to the concerns about cleanliness, I found that none of the amenities promised as part of the room offering were available. Essential items such as slippers, toiletries, and bathrobes, which were listed among the room’s features, were all missing. "

"Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well."
