However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. "de douche had zijn beste tijd gezien, gordijn waren een paar haken van kapot verder lag ik in kamer 5 net aan de receptie, 's avonds tot +-9 veel lawaai. 's ochtends veel lawaai, ik was wakker vanaf 6 daardoor"

"The only thing I didn’t like very much was the airport shuttle. It was a short hike away. There was no enclosure so we got wet in the rain while waiting for the recommended 10 minutes. Also the pickup location was unmarked so we couldn’t be sure we were in the right place until the bus arrived. Drop off location was pretty far from the terminal. In hindsight sight I think a taxi would have been a better solution."

"Clean room, gracious staff, and close to the airport; shuttle did not show up as scheduled so we had to take an uber to catch our flight in the morning."

"Great location. Cafes & restaurants are a few minutes walk. If you are there on a Wednesday there is a market within walking distance. Staff are very helpful & responsive. I would certainly choose to stay here again."

"Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."

"La camera tripla molto bella e pulita, staff moltogentile e disponibile. L'unico problema la porta del bagno trasparente in corrispondenza del wc che essendo in tre nella stessa stanza non permette alcuna privacy nel momento di andare in bagno "

"Very great hotel, but very disappointed that the usb port in my room did not work and nothing was done about it. Also the staffing at the reception could be better, customers waited over 15 -20mins before they could be attended to due to only one staff at the reception."
