"Check in lady was less then friendly. Made you feel like you were bothering her. Didn't mention you have to use the room key to get on the elevator. Only after standing there for a bit and another couple staying there came to the elevator did we find out. They weren't told either. Hot breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Hot tub was luke warm not hot. Rooms were big with lots of room"

"The building was previously an office space, I think, and has been converted into well-appointed efficiency and extended-stay rooms. It was perfect for a week-long business trip to Duluth- centrally located and convenient to most everything. The staff were spectacular in handling minor annoyances (a window shade that didn't work) and were consistently friendly and helpful. The only negative mark was the lack of on-site parking, as the most obvious and accessible parking lot charged an extortionate fee for an overnight spot and obscured the reasonably priced public parking that is essentially the same structure."
