"The fresh cookies were amazing but the pool was closed and I was told that they all they had to do was add water but they never did nor would they offer a discount for not having the pool open they told me to go 5 mi down the road and use a pool at another facility. Had it not been 30° outside this maybe would not have been a bad thing but I really did not need pneumonia."

"The evening staff upon check in was lovely and helpful. The room had some things previously spilt on the floor. There was chew on top of the shower surrounding. There was a metal bar extending out from under the bed. Bed was comfortable - bedding was questionable. The morning desk staff was very busy on her cell phone and did not want to be interrupted."

"The location is good, restaurants and shopping close by. the room was spotless, bathroom had a little mold around the bottom of the tub but not enough to warrant a bad review. The front desk staff was amazing, professional and very pleasant. I will be traveling to Duluth a few times in the future and I will definitely stay at the LaQuinta!"

"I call this hotel a minimalist hotel. This isn't a bad thing. We had a king size room for two. There was everything we needed in the room.The minimalist part is there was the pictures/art on the walls. There was a colorful rollup/down blind that added some "pop" to the room. There was one desk chair.
Im a clean freak so would have liked the bathroom shower, sink and floor cleaner. However, it was acceptable. The mattress could use an upgrade. It had sag where people slept and a hump in the...
