"Nice and clean room."

"The only interaction was with the cleaner, so cannot comment on staff. The room was extremely clean and everything you needed was supplied. The balcony at the back was a bonus. The only complaint was with the blinds which had a gap between the two blinds, so the light from outside came in shining right your eyes."

"The bedroom ceiling light is not working, Motel owner did not check it before we arrive and could not fix it. Refused to change a room for us and told me i can leave if not happy with it. His attitude was disrespectful. He later gave us bedside side lamp and next day said can't fix the issue as electrician doesn't work on Sunday. The toaster was dirty, drink cup was not clean, bed sheet had marks and stain on it. "

"Gorgeous weekend in wild weather! The apartment was protected from the wind behind the dunes (so no ocean view) but still very pretty nestled in the tea-tree, with the Fairy Wrens! Great comms with property managers. Fantastic local beach to explore and an easy drive to Wilson’s Prom."

"Room has not been cleaned, fan in the bedroom hasn't be cleaned for at least 5 years. The same as the fan over the shower, there hairs from the guests before on tiles and bench in the bathroom, shower & bathroom needs a deep clean to remove the dirt. The air-conditioning is in a window high above the sink in the bathroom which you can't turn on unless you are 7 foot or stand on a chair. Towels are so thin from use don't dry yourself properly.
