"Nice weekend getaway. Tranquil, older, compact apartment feel. Very clean, two story, 1st level covered parking for patrons. There is a huge public veranda on both floors, front side of building, big , comfy furniture to sit in and feel the constant sea breeze blowing in from the ocean front, just a few streets down.This ia also an extended stay, check rates. Plenty to do on Beaufort , waterfront, tour the historic area, all within an extended walk around the town. Very safe, can walk around anytime of night and nobody bothers you, police patrol to keep trouble away. Low key, town closes down after about 11pm, there are a couple bars that do 2am close. Great beaches, great fishing. This place welcomes pets! Small nightly fee. We will definitely return."

"The location was very central. Everything was within walking distance however the pool was closed the entirety of our stay during a peak summer month. The toilets would not flush, all of the chairs around the property were broken, and the parking was not great. The workers were extremely rude and unkind. We would not stay at this location again, we would stay somewhere else on the island."

"The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here."
