"The place was okay. Reasonable value in the context of a very expensive Vancouver hotel market. The massive drawback is the house has no air conditioning. This would not be an issue in fall and winter but when we were there the in room temperature was 26-30c. And no fans. We asked for fans but got a vague response they were “looking into it “ We bought our own. Also no tv in the rooms so we bought a Roku at Walmart for $170. "The operator did not honor my reservation - changed it less than 18 hours before I arrived - put me in a lesser quality place miles from where I wanted/needed to be - I will be taking the fiasco up with Expedia and the operator - I have travelled extensively and never had an issue with Expedia or other properties booked through them - the worst accommodation experience of my life !!!!"
