It was a fabulous stay! Pam and Randy we’re very attentive to all our needs. The room and common areas are really well equipped and it seems they thought of it all. The rooms are really comfortable and well insulated. Breakfast was great and so pleasant!

Randy was an incredible host. I didn’t have the opportunity to meet his wife Pam unfortunately but she kept our room clean and bed freshly made. Was a nice touch to have a welcome message upon arrival, 2 cookies in room with flowers and a goodbye note upon leaving. Coffee and hot meal for breakfast was perfect way to start if the day! It was a home away from home. It was my first experience of a B&B and I quite enjoyed it. Property location was great and a parking spot also appreciated. Thanks Randy and Pam. I would definitely stay again.

Expedia acts as an email intermediary between the guest and the user, and if their application doesn't work properly, you have major problems because the guest can't contact you, nor can you contact them. It was a challenge, but we were able to solve it without Expedia.

The hosts are a friendly, experienced hostel business family. I enjoyed the breakfasts and the homey vibe. I'd like to leave two hopefully helpful pieces of advice for the visitors. If you're using a ride-hailing service, the car is not supposed to stop at the front of the house; it's better to use the spot on W 35th Ave or the back alley to get on / off. If your booked room is on the second floor and your luggage is heavy, be ready to lift it by yourself, as there is no elevator available.

I was travelling solo so I was very picky with choosing a place to stay. I am so happy that I chose Granville House B&B. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Randy. The place and room was clean and nicely decorated. Randy was very helpful with information and places to see and visit. My room was amazing. I had everything I needed and more. Every morning Randy had a healthy and delicious hot breakfast made. The best part of my day was having breakfast and talking to Randy. It made the rest of my day go so well. I checked out Randy’s recommendations for lunch and dinner. The restaurants were great. I have never stayed at a place where it felt like home. Thank you! to all the staff at the Granville house B&B that made my stay such a wonderful experience I would recommend Granville house, B&B to any family or couple or single traveller they go above and beyond.

Thank you to Randy and Pam for such an amazing stay. It was centralized to the places we were looking to go and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Our room was a Junior room. Very clean, closet was a great size and bathroom was lovely. Bath tub was great. Bed was so comfortable. The house was beautiful and we got to meet some great people during our stay. If we ever get back to BC will definitely want to stay again!

Of all the bed and breakfast sites where I’ve stayed, there have been none as lovely as this one. The home is immaculate and the accommodations very comfortable. Randy and Pam are gracious and professional. It was a pleasure to visit here.

Beautiful house, comfy bedding, luxury accommodation. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave us dining and sightseeing recommendations. Breakfast was tasty- a baked apple custard and stoneground oats. They are updating their furniture this week so it will be even nicer.

Likes: the staff were very helpful and courteous. The size of the room was good. The house was located on a bus route to get into the city centre. We felt that we could come and go as we pleased. Beverages were available in the dining room 24 hours per day. Dislikes: the owners appeared to be living on past glories and they were saving on costs. In our bathroom, 3 lights had had their bulbs removed, no headboard on the bed, damaged decor not repaired, chair seat cushions used as cushions for the settee, there was a notice saying that if you take shampoo from the bathroom you would be charged (we were paying 400 Canadian dollars per night and we stayed six nights). No greeting from a human being, all key codes to enter the house and room. The bathroom looked as though it had been installed in the 1970s and hadn’t been updated. Very noisy road in a residential area, lacking amenities such as shops and cafes. We don’t recommend this accommodation, better accommodation is in plentiful supply in Vancouver. Try the Georgian Court hotel as a comparison.

It was amazingly clean and quiet even though there were about 10 other people there, we didn’t realize it until morning. It had all the amenities of a hotel, best shower I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable, room a good size with fridge & safe. I would highly recommend this B&B even to those who only do hotels. Give it a chance.

Good location to go by bus to the Waterfront.Walking distance to the botanical garden. Difficult to find: idea: put up a flagpole with the Canadian flag to guests can easier find the B&B. Staff excellent.

Close to our boat on Granville Island. Easy to find. Secure parking where we could see our car. Friendly & professional staff. Delicious breakfast, generous portions. Clean and well organized. Safe & secure. A safe in the walk in closet for valuables. Comfortable bed and sofa, jetted tub was luxurious! Very pleased with everything. Quiet room. Didn't even know there were other guests until we saw them at breakfast.

The owners took care of us from the moment we arrived early to extending our stay, all of which were seamless. They recommended things to do and places to stay. The breakfast was amazing!👍 Personally created daily, and served in a very timely manner. We even had my second daughter and boyfriend come for breakfast on 2 of the mornings. Safety is a priority for the hosts which is key to a relaxing holiday.
