"The bathroom door wouldn’t shut (no longer aligned properly or something). The bathroom fan which automatically turned on with the light switch sounded like it was going to blow up. My husband found cockroaches in the AC control box when he went to turn it on. The mattresses were comfortable enough, but I were covered in plastic bags that make a loud crinkling noise any time someone moved, like the sound of a tarp being bunched up. My son had a very restless sleep, so this was an annoyance all...

"I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong."

"Quick overnight stay but a pleasant one! The room was clean and quiet. It was great location to the airport for an early morning flight. Lobby area was nice and so was the staff we encountered. We would definitely stay here again in the future should we need lodging before hitting the airport!"

"I really enjoyed the vibe of the place to be honest. The rainforest room I stayed in was very eclectic. I sent many videos and photos of the room to my friends in Australia and the USA. The lady at reception was very helpful in the check in process. The location was very convenient and the coffee shop/restaurant across the road was really good and a big bonus for brunch."
