When we checked in, there was an issue with the a/c unit and instead of giving us a room that had a working ac, we found out the entire 2nd floor was without ac. We checked in late and they could've put us on a different floor but I think miscommunication with staff made the problems worse. No fans were avail either so we spent the night drenched in sweat. "Great hotel. Decor is a little over the top but it’s a very nice place to stay. No defined onsite parking but there is a reasonable parking lot located just across the street. I would recommend this hotel. With any booking you make in the UK, always book the breakfast if you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook it."

Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately. Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill.
