"Perfect for our needs. We stayed one night to catch the black ball ferry in the morning to Victoria. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a pretty water view at night. It has been completely refurbished, but still has the remnants of its original design (funky shake roof, completely detached office), but that was a feature not a big."
