"The man who checked us in (I cannot remember his name right now) was incredibly kind and helpful. He provided us with maps and activities to do while we stayed in Sequim, and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel room itself was comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There were several hairs from previous guests in the bathtub, and at one point we noticed a tiny baby roach crawling on the wall. I think just a little more cleaning and this place would have been a 5-star stay."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly and complimentary refreshments at check-in desk. Unfortunately the pool area and hot tub was undergoing renovations that had been delayed and we were not notified of this prior to our stay. On the second night of our trip one of the staff informed us that we could use the pool at a sister hotel nearby and it was great! Very good selection at breakfast too!"

"Rude staff, prices were way too high for the dirty room. I have never in my life stayed at place as bad as this place. There were no controls on the walls for the heat, bathtub had hair in it from the last person that stayed in the room. Sequim Bay Lodge should be condemned. It’s a rat hole , roach hotel. Please drive by it never stay there. I’m going to report this place to the BBB and the Washington state attorneys office. The health department should condemn it."

"The place had a terrible sewer smell. The rooms were not the best place to sleep either. Everything was only just in working condition."

"The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It appears that it had been recently remodeled. The room we had was very different than the photos in the Expedia listing. Our dimly lit "King Room" was very small, and had only a tiny window so it did not get very much natural light. The king size bed took up about 70% of the room. "The owner is so nice and the workers frienly and helpful and down to earth they use what they got and my stay was pleasant. Its not the fanciest or the most expensive but it really was good and clean and gold location i will be stayinh again."
