"Very awesome place to stay. The staff are excellent. There’s a Grab guy on site as well. I love their beds. We got a Family suite for just 2 of us and we had so much rooms and 2 huge king sizes. The walk is a bit away from the street but inly 5 minutes. There’s a nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The beach is 15 min walk to Bai Truoc, so beautiful and awesome drinks and foods with free lounge chairs and umbrellas. Stronly recommend this place. Plenty of restaurants near by "

"The arrival at hotel was unpleasant even thou it was about 13.40 checkin at 14.00 very abruptly spoken to by reception no welcome no hello sir, passport and reservation detail, even thou passport is normally enough, was told can not have room till after 2pm Rooms are clean but dated, but very noisy, other guests constantly banging closed doors, everything echos around the hotel. I was on the 5th floor below the restaurant, and when ever someone moves a chair or table, you get a loud noise through the floor, The breakfast itself is very average, cold and they can not cook, I asked for sunny side eggs, and each time just mixed over cooked eggs like scrambled, I even showed the chef??? How to cook them, he just laugh, the don’t have a toaster, but an electric oven which takes over 10 mins to cook, well dry ou, no one speaks English in restaurant, The owner has an attitude of I own I do what I want, conducting meeting in the dining area very loudly The view from sea view room, is excellent thou and the 2 ladies that clean the rooms very pleasant. I heard lots of customers complaining and getting angry with the reception about rooms and noise. I would never stay here again"

"The place did not look like the photos. When we got there a non English speaking staff member told us by Google Translate that they overbooked and that we did not have a place to stay. Because of the holidays, there were no other available places to stay and the guy sendt us to another “hotel” that was not to find anywhere at google. It was in the middle of nowhere with very poor standard. They only took cash and did not speak English either. "

"We enjoyed every moment of our time here. The view from our villa was simply stunning. The pool was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food. The retreats location is very remote and not close to a beach but we hired a moped from them, which was really reasonable and we toured the island exploring beaches and the national park. It was complete tranquility and we will definitely be returning. "
