"Nice hotel near residential part of the city. Busy and fashionable part of the city is a couple blocks away. Quiet rooms facing the back. Just make sure to ask for coffee maker and ironing board as you check in."

"Hard to know what it will be like after the renovation. For now, it's much like renting a sleeping room. Room was spacious but oddly sparse. One chair for a room for four people!? And no lobby to linger in. The restaurant is in a cramped space. Staff reached out via text asking to let them know how they can make my stay better, but never responded to my requests. "

"Very clean which made it super comfy, and everything worked well (hot water, fridge, and heater). The fan however was too loud we had to turn it off in the night and some furniture have some wear. The service was exceptional and the ladies made us feel welcomed... until the early morning, where we were awakened by kids screaming and running down the hallways but otherwise amenities and everything else was great. "

"I NEVER got to step foot on to this property and yet my card was charged twice $116.74 and again $84.00 while I was my flight before landing in DC. I called the hotel to ask about the charges, after receiving a text that I must checkout at noon. I was still in the air on my flight which is what I tried to explain due to the bad weather DC was experiencing. This occurred on March 16, my reservation was made on March 15th, 2026. I spoke with a total of 3 people before arriving, in the end Diane...

"Generally a good option, especially location. There are details that could be better… they need to replace hairdryers. I went through 2 that quit working after 2 mins. I ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived in disposable containers (tho I certainly paid for a finer dining service). Even in the dining room the coffee comes in paper cups. These cheapen the experience and just seem like stupid choices for an otherwise good hotel."

"Welcoming staff. Easy check in. Clean room. Breakfast had a nice selection. Great location. Parking was a little crazy; tight underground parking. I’d recommend and my family and I would stay again. "

"Fine to stay for a couple of days, would not return again. Location was the best part. The rooms are spacious, but not the cleanest. Stayed three nights and room was never cleaned either. Some staff were friendly, others were not. Received sighs and annoyed looks just approaching the desk for a question. Would not recommend. "
