Room, location, cleanliness was awesome. They even helped to store my luggage post my check-out until I boarded the flight. Sofa in the room had stains
This particular hotel is a favorite as I have stayed several times over the years it is easily walkable to places and service has been excellent each visit.

The room was nice but couldnt get it warm during a snow storm. Also hot water only got luke warm
It was a decent little hotel right downtown in DC close to everything we needed to see! The price was a little high for the plainness of it but it was clean and felt safe and walkable distance to everything tour related. The restaurant inside was good and fairly priced. And it was fast to get a taxi and the bell service was there to assist with that. Would stay here again
The room was really comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, and the breakfast was decent. Took it down to 4 stars because the bathroom didn’t have a fan.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and quickly resolved an issue with our room safe. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk around.
The staff was really nice and the room clean and spacious for my party of 4. I will definitely stay there again and location was very convenient, 15 minutes to the metro station.
