"The worst cleanliness I have ever had to witness. A room that wasn’t ready and the housekeeper yelled “i just did this room” and then they even stuck up for her after I heard her over the radio yelling about she just cleaned it. Completely unhappy & a waste of money. Hot tub was also cold. A couple was eating snacks in the hot tub as well but I guess rules don’t apply to everyone. "

"We were apprehensive about staying in this area. The hotel was very nice! Courtney was the front desk attendant and couldn't have been nicer! The rooms were surprisingly very nice as was the whole establishment. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for me, but my friend thought it was comfortable. Would definitely stay at this place again!"

"Snowy travel conditions prevented us from making it to the hotel. They would not refund my room even though I bought insurance for my stay. Very disappointed. I will never buy Expedia insurance again terrible experience and the stipulations of the cancelation rules are outrageous "
