"The property is small and convenient to Durango. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The hot tub is right on the road without privacy. Room was very clean and cute. Small but nice. Bed has a dip on the middle. As many people write the elderly lady is rude and dismissive. James who is the evening clerk is very pleasant."

Not exactly like some systems as Holiday Inn or Hilton properties use like DIRECTV."

"Old style motel on Durango’s main road with southwest decor. I slept in the little “cozy” room filled with a queen size bed which was perfect for my one night stay. Little fridge and electric kettle for tea or pour-over coffee in the room. The office staff was welcoming and helpful. Very clean. "Far from Downtown, on the main road (noisy), broken tiles in bathroom, air conditioner loud and did not cool the room much, single-ply toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, door lock very difficult to open with actual brass key. Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed."

When I did ask for help she said she is not a manager and can't help me and was just impatient and rude. As for the room... You get some linen to cover your bed. There is a sheet and then some sort of quilt (not an actual blanket or comforter) that is so smooth that it never stays on the actual sheet. I could not stay covered with that thing and was cold...
