The staff was training a new employee so it was ok.
Things not so good: if you need good WiFi, it is not good. But there is a coffee shop nearby that was great. If you must have good tv, be prepared to struggle. I don’t need tv so I did fine.
Great things, staff was very nice and patient with the new employee and me. Room was very clean. And had everything I needed. Price was great for the area and its location is great.
I would stay again.

Great location! No working ice machine or pool, lobby was locked so no coffee, and the pipe to the sink leaked.
Others reviews were pretty accurate. AC was noisy but worked well. Room was in good condition and place was quiet. Good value for the cost.

The room was fairly spacious but very sparsely furnished. A microwave and refrigerator were provided, but toiletries such as shampoo and soap were very limited. The refrigerator was quite loud, as was the air conditioning. Overall, the motel/hostel felt a little run-down, and the laundry area also looked like it could have been cleaner but was included.
On the positive side, the lady at check-in was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was convenient — about a 20-minute walk to downtown, which was fine for me. There is also a trolley that runs regularly for $1 per ride or $3 for a day pass.
Overall, it was a basic place to stay with a convenient location and very friendly staff, but the property could definitely use some updating and better cleanliness.

It was perfect for a one or two night stay in Durango. It’s a good location with easy check in & convenient parking. The fridge and kitchen were a great addition. Great value for the money! Room could have been cleaner, there was hair on the floor and food crumbs beside the bed! But overall a decent stay.
The hotel was nice. Had a microwave and fridge. The bed was ok but you could feel all the springs and sitting on the edge kind of hurt your legs, although I did sleep pretty god on it. Location was good and close proximity to everything.
Check in staff asked if my dog was a registered/certified service dog. They seemed to think that service dogs have to come with some sort of official registration.
Floor in room was sticky. TV did not work. Someone came into our room unannounced and unplugged the refrigerator so that the stuff in the freezer melted.
nice area for walking a dog right along a creek. not far from the high school and the path along the Animas River.
You will need to bring a washcloth. They will supply you with a towel. My room was newly updated and very clean. Beautiful bathroom. I was surprised that this place was so nice for the price they charged. The women's room is right next to a brook/creek.
Old motel that has not been well maintained. The lobby needed remodeling as this sets the tone for the guest experience. Not a good first impression. I can’t say anything about the staff as I had minimal contact. The bed was just ok and the drains were slow. The room I stayed in needed paint, but the floors were in good shape. The a/c worked flawlessly. Bring a multi charger device as there were not enough outlets to charge devices. The pool was closed and covered and it appears it had not been used in a while. The parking lot needs resurfacing. Great location for the Four Corners Rally so it was a OK place to crash after long days. Overall a 3 out of 5. You get what you pay for. ✌️
Was a really nice place to stay, really scenic. Has a nice little stream in the back where people were fishing and some deer came and visited us while we were there.

This is a great location and value. The beds were uncomfortable but I still slept well.
