"Great communication from owner, easy lockbox access when we turned up in the early hours. House was large with comfortable space for the four us. Nice and clean with nice shower after the show we had just played. Will definitely return"

"Pros: Really good communication from host. Decorated nicely. Log burner (extra charge if using hosts logs). Milk in fridge. 8 minutes drive to Beamish museum. 4 minutes drive to a really good play park and splash area, by the river. Comfy beds and bedding. The accommodation was really clean. Shower heats up quick, large shower head. Dog bowls and biscuit treats - nice extra. Cons: Oven was broken by previous guest (on request, host was really good at providing air fryers). Beds not great if...

"The property is conveniently situated just off the main road in Barnard castle, it is at the end of a dingy looking alleyway with a very tight driveway. Upon arrival, the decoration looked aesthetically pleasing but we soon realised that most aspects of the house were badly designed/ not practical. The house was not cleaned well before we arrived, we had to empty a bin in one of the bedrooms which was filled with stuff left by the previous occupier, we also tried to vacuum as the floors were...
