"This was a horrible experience for us. The heat was terrible in the lobby. We had a medical emergency due to the heat and had to leave by ambulance. We were told not to return after we left the hospital. We had already paid a higher price for this hotel stay for one night. Our deposit that we were quoted by phone doubled when we arrived. It was a nightmare."

"Well, when I checked, then I told him that water was coming up from the floor. They came and mopped it up but later on that day, they still water came from the floor again and it won’t no need for me to go say anything, but they told me they didn’t have no rooms available to move anything and I didn’t wanna wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back but when I woke up that next morning, the whole floor was full of water"

"The room was modern and comfortable and in walking distance to the Performing Arts building. Very comfortable beds as well! The ONLY issue was check in!!! We got there at check in time and were on a very tight schedule to get changed and make it to our show. There was a very long line of customers checking in and only 1 staff member working the desk….AND she kept answering the phone and carrying on long conversations while we were all waiting! It took us about 35 min in line to get checked in...
