We stayed for 5 nights here and had an excellent experience. All staff were friendly and were happy to help with a smile. The entire hotel was clean and all staff on reception were quick to respond. The area was near the city centre with every shop and service available. Parking was free on the street if you could find a space but there were third party paid car parks available.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was clean, beautifully decorated, close to the centre of town and only a 20 min walk to the promenade. As it’s in a local area, it can be quite loud and bustling outside, but it never bothered us because with the balcony door closed, you couldn’t hear a thing. We stayed in a Deluxe room and the jacuzzi bath was such a unique and fun touch. The air con in the room was fab and the shower was powerful and hot. My only suggestion is that the hotel could provide extra blankets or a duvet for the bed, as sometimes the sheet didn’t feel cosy enough! All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely choose Ermes Luxury Hotel again.

Amazing place honestly! The beds were so comfortable, the friendliest staff, free breakfast buffet. It was just a great trip and great hotel!

The hotel itself is quite modern. It has all amenities working. The check in was smooth. The bed and pillows were top notch. The shower was powerful. The location of the hotel however is very central. It is located in a commercial district full of shops and cafes. As such parking is not easily available. I had to circle the area for minutes leading to hours just to find street parking. The hotel itself has no parking on-site. Apart from that, excellent.

Presentatevi con la ricevuta di pagamento che avete effettuato con l’hotel perché a noi stavano per far pagare l’intera somma di pernottamento per 4 gg. La reception é aperta h24 non come c’è scritto qui. Qui viene scritto che hanno il parcheggio e NON É VERO. Non esiste nessun parcheggio. Se siete clienti come noi che avevamo anche noleggiato una macchina siete costretti a parcheggiare nelle vie attorno alla struttura e pregare che trovassimo un posto vicino. Per il resto non posso dire nulla. Pulizia camera: tutti i giorni cambiavano gli asciugamani e le lenzuola. Camera bellissima molto grande. il bagno, ha una bella doccia grande, é sprovvisto di bidet ma é incorporato dentro al wc! Frigo bar con all’interno 2 bottiglie d’acqua che caricano un giorno si e un giorno no. La struttura come cortesia fornisce ciabattine, spazzolino, dentifricio, shampoo, sapone per le mani e il phon.
