"Everything was great except for a baggage carrier - cart- needed to transport bags to rooms. Needed liquid soap, abd brillo pads. Purchased both during my stay. Beautiful garden and pool area. Excellent location away from the tourist madness. Peaceful. Other guest and staff was very friendly. Definitely will revisit and recommend to friends."

"Breakfast is a bit expensive in my opinion esp if your traveling with young kids who are picky and still have to pay normal prices even though they don’t eat much. But other the. That it was good. There was poop in the pool for two days and the staff didn’t clean it—regardless of bringing it to their attention. And how do I know it was poop, one of the kids stepped on it and it stained the bottom of the pool. So idk how long after they cleaned it. But two days in a row, it was there."

"We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for our stay. A couple of months before we arrived Lions Dive contacted us and said there was construction in nearby rooms and offered us complimentary breakfast buffet for our entire stay. Although there was construction noise the free breakfast buffet more than made up for it. We don’t typically spend much time in the room. "We loved staying in Simpson Bay! There was only one thing that left us a little unsatisfied, and that was the location of our hotel room. Our room was up over the hill, so walking back and forth was tiring, especially in the hot weather. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. There were many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient, and the water was absolutely perfect—we didn’t want to get out of it!
