"Checkin was great. The room was not. Having worked in hospitality I try not to judge a stray hair on either a bathroom floor or bed. I do when the bed has multiple and different colors. The white sheets even looked dirty. We went downstairs and just asked for new bedding and remade the two beds. The fridge was almost off and warm when we arrived.
