"When we got to our room with three younger children, the door deadbolt was stuck. The people on staff worked very hard on it and it was no fault of theirs. However, we waited for over an hour before they got it fixed…meaning we didn’t get our children to bed until 10pm. "This place was top notch! We loved having a hot tub and a pool to relax in after a long day of travel. The check in process was smooth - the clerk was friendly. In fact, all staff we encountered were smiling, greeted us pleasantly, and were incredibly helpful. The room was lovely and large. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!! However, we encountered some issues with our room including a shower that drained slow, a coffee machine that was caked with grime, and a sink without a stopper. We brought this all to the front desk and they ran water through the coffee pot instead of giving us another one. That didn’t do anything, so we never had coffee in our room.
