"We stayed in a very dimly lit room, and accessing the loft bed via the stairs was inconvenient. The bathroom was extremely small, and the on-site restaurant advertised is no longer in operation. There was also no staff available to assist with check-in or check-out. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not offer good value for the price paid."

"The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. It took a while to check in as our room wasn’t ready at the 4pm check in time so we were a bit disappointed. We stayed for 3 nights and had very minimal cleaning done each day. We never got new coffee mugs or glasses and dirty plates were still left in our room. For the amount we paid, we expected more."

"When we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest, it was disgusting. The cleaner came and cleaned after we contacted the owner, we asked for a full refund as it was not what we paid for pictures did not represent the apartment well. The only saving grace was the owner being so kind and understanding."

"Stayed at canmore inn and suites for 4 nights and had an awesome time. The view from the hotel all around is fantastic.
The breaskfast is amazing and priced extremely reasonable.
Also the coin laundry is just $6 which is great as staying with kids for longer requires to do a load.
The staff is very helful and recommends you some nice spots around canmore. Overall our stay was amazing and would definitely come back"
