The bed was comfortable but some details were lacking such as no non slip bath mat & the tea/ coffee/ milk not restocked on our arrival. "When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....
