"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

"This is our 2nd time here. Great place! Clean, quiet and they allow pets. My only negative is the shower needed more water pressure. "

"No hot water and low water pressure for almost two days. Never stayed at a hotel where I called for towels and hand soap and had to go to the front desk to get it myaelf. That was "Different." I wouldnt stay at this hotel again."

"This was a nice, clean, basic room with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Ample parking, well lit area. Cereal, granola bars, waffles for breakfast. Very friendly staff. "

"The room was dirty. There was a 1/2 smoked cigarette in the room. We booked a nonsmoking room and the room was smoking. The flooring and ceiling had large cracks. There was dirt on the floor and my socks turned black when walking. You could hear the highway all night. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors. The breakfast was minimal. Frosted Flakes, bread, biscuits and old gravy, waffle iron that didn’t work properly. The staff were not very professional. Answered a personal...
