"Arranged for a higher floor room with a better view — the room itself was nice and service was good. That said, it wasn’t particularly quiet. There was a wedding during our stay, which led to noticeable noise in the hallways late at night. Despite being marketed as well-insulated, we could also hear highway traffic and motorcycles pretty clearly. Staff were somewhat accommodating, but overall I left a bit disappointed on that front. "It’s nice because it is in downtown, however when reading that they had parking considering that I was residing at the hotel I expected parking to be free but was charged $40 a day. I would appreciate if they were not stingy, but also honest about that prior to people booking. Staff was very nice though"

"Location Location! A great hotel, traditional finishes and some more dated accommodations than other options but the staff and convenience of the location really added the extra value. Clearly unique in that it's directly attached to the Rogers Centre but that also made it fun! Dinner overlooking the ball diamond was fun to take in as well. A classic stay, great central area and walking distance to essentially everything!! "
